Guarantees - 10 Years to 15 Years CommercialThe product wear, stain and anti static properties are covered by the guarantee for the period quoted as long as the product is fitted in agreement with the recommended guidelines for the installation and specified product usage with defined usage stated for approval of period of warranty. For detailed information on suitability please contact Project Floors. In the normal manufacturing process, tolerances in fibre, yarn, colour temperature and humidity are resultant derivatives for product specification and are subject to variances to normal industry tolerances. Due to the nature of modular carpet tiles, exact pattern match cannot be guaranteed or presumed. To preserve appearance retention, product wear and longevity, Project Floors recommends the use of chair pads under office chairs with roller castors. Some visual inconsistencies in the surface appearance should be expected including visual seams. Colours are subject to dye lot variations and should be accordingly managed during installation if required. Shading is a result of pile direction and can also be affected by lighting; this is an inherent characteristic and therefore does not constitute a manufacturing defect or product fault claim.
